Obituary of Marianne Elizabeth Allen
On Tuesday, June 4th in her 88th year, Marianne Elizabeth Allen peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family at the NHS-Fort Erie. Reunited with her loving and devoted spouse Bill Allen. Survived by her dear children, Craig (Lynn) Allen, Carolyn (Chris) MacPherson; grandchildren Kelsey and Tyler; sister Ada “Bub” McGarr and the late Pat (Bill) Dickson and many nieces and nephews to miss aunt MeMe. Marianne was a long-time member of the Catholic Women's League.
In keeping with her wishes, funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. The family welcomes guests for a time of visitation on Friday, June 7th from 6:00 – 8:00pm with a funeral service on Saturday, June 8th 2024 beginning at 10:00Am in the funeral home ceremony room. Interment to take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a charitable donation to Canadian Cancer Society, War Amps and/or the St. Catharines Humane Society in memory of Marianne.
