Obituary of Ken Sharp
Passed away peacefully at Shaver Hospital on Friday, September 15th, 2023 at the age of 94 with his family by his side. Predeceased by his loving wife of 70 years, Mary Helen Sharp (nee Sutherland) (2021). Cherished father of: Debbie Zimmerman, Michael (Catherine) Sharp, Lana (Robert) Dyck, Larry Sharp and Joanne (Cory) Lampman. Predeceased by son in-law Frank Zimmerman (2021) and daughter-in-law Teresa Sharp (2014). Loving Grandfather of Katrina, David, Bianca, Andy, Paul-Jordan, Camille-Mary, Kelly, Blake, Natasha, Marcel and Miranda. Loving Great-Grandfather of 22 and Great-Great-Grandfather of 5. Survived by sisters-in-law Maureen Sharp, Doris Ross, Colette Christmas and Loretta and (Gerry) Ward; dearly missed by his many extended cousins, nieces and nephews; predeceased by his siblings Lillian (Ted), Gladys (Art), Bert (Dorothy), Edward, Marilyn (Donald). As per Ken's wishes, funeral arrangements have been entrusted with GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration Of Life will be held on Saturday, September 30th from 12:00 – 3:00PM with refreshments. In lieu of flowers, donations are desired to the Salvation Army- Hamilton Corp in memory of Ken.
