We were so saddened to hear of Chris' passing today. We knew him only for a short time this spring when he helped us with our landscaping. He was so kind; the best type of neighbour we could ask for. We are thankful to have been able to create a friendship with Chris. May he rest peacefully.

In loving memory of Chris Wright. Chris was the "Lawn Care Specialist" in the Queen Mary Drive neighborhood. His passing has left a great void. We looked forward to every Friday, knowing that when we heard the truck, the lawnmower, hedge trimmer, leaf blower, and whipper snipper, Chris was in the hood and all was right (Wright). We will greatly miss his friendship. May this tree be a living memory of such a good soul. Sincerely, Eugene and Patty Serwatiak Join in honoring their life - plant a memorial tree

I was so saddened to hear of the loss of Chris. I met Chris as my landscaper and very quickly we developed a deep friendship. He would often sit on my back patio and talk about philosophical ideals. Most of the time his thoughts were far too intelligent and deep for me. Such a bright man! He was always there for me and so very good and kind. I will miss him so very much. One of the smartest most genuine humans I have had the pleasure of knowing. Chris lives on in every plant, tree and blade of grass that surrounds my home. Rest In Peace dear man. Sincere condolences to all who loved him.

I am so sorry to hear about Chris. I have not seen him in a long while, but wanted to share my condolences. I went to highschool with Chris and he was always a very kind hearted gentle soul. He always said hello to everyone, and had respect for all. I just wanted to say how sorry I am to read about his passing.

To our sister, brother-in-law, niece and nephew and their spouses.
Chris (creekco) was a special gift to all of us. From babysitting him to walks along the creek, to catching his heater our family will always keep loving memories in our hearts. Chris beautified a long list of homes in this community with a passion to always exceed the required. He carried himself with a sense of class and respect. Whenever we visited his home he always greeted us so warmly and with a smile and hug.
Chris, love you so much.

Darren called to inform me of Chris passing. I am so very sorry. I’ll always remember him as the charming, baby faced older brother of Colin, usually heading to the park with baseball mitt in hand, gently razzing Colin, Jamison and Darren. Even then he was such a gentle soul. This is not the natural order for which parents are programmed and my heart breaks for you. I’m praying for all of you.

Pat, Al, Colin and Corrie,
I cannot express the sorrow I feel for you. The loss of Chris your beautiful son, your handsome brother. That smile, those hugs, that mind and oh his heart. I’m so glad I insisted on that last hug we shared in May. He was such a hard working, proud man who loved to learn, with endless questions and of course love to debate your answers. Chris's kindness and concern towards me during my journey of loss demonstrated the depth of his compassion. He wasn’t afraid 'to go there with me'. Please know though it may feel at times you are alone in this pain and loss ....you are not alone, not today, not tomorrow, never ...we all grieve with you in the loss of Chris Wright....too soon, way too soon.

Chris was a very welcome and regular guest at our home as he and Andre (my son) plotted there evening events in the 1980,s. I will always remember Chris's friendly and respectful manner. It was Chris who in conversation suggested I read a philosophical book written by Bertrand Russel .....I still have it today and often reference it when discussing religion. Please accept my condolences on Chris's passing, I will not forget him.

Mr and Mrs Wright, Colin, Corrie...I am so sorry for your loss.
I have so many great memories of growing up with Chris. Realty Park was our second home--ball hockey, soccer, baseball, football, the creek. So much time swimming at my house, until Chris had to leave to go to soccer. Marco polo, Nerf ball tag in the pool and then ball tag with our BMX bikes and tennis balls throughout the neighbourhood. Helmets? Naaah. Sleepovers at your place where we could watch all the horror movies we wanted as long as there was no sex. That was your line! Your house was always open for us to hang out...the bike rack you had made for us made that official!
Thank you for being the kind of family that you were throughout my childhood...I am so grateful to have spent so much time with you and Chris was so very fortunate to have you for his short time here.
Chris was the friend that connected so many other friends. We all wanted Chris to be a part of whatever we were doing. He and I lost touch after high school and then when we reconnected, I noticed that his words had many more syllables than they used to. He did love to learn and I liked hearing his perspective on things. He didn't take things at face value and wanted to know more and more.
I can't believe he's gone.
I am so sorry that I can't be there Saturday but please know that I will be thinking and praying for you all before, during and after.
Barry
