Well it kind of hurts... but I have little doubt about seeing good ol' Uncle Jim again one day. My favorite memories are trips to the Niagara area and Welland Canal, visits to the house, and -- lest we should forget -- the incredible array of stunningly accurate bird, bottle, and other sounds. Thanks for all the great memories from childhood and on. Uncle Jim and Aunt Dolly, you are wonderful!... now and in eternity.

So very sad to hear of Jim's passing. He was a longtime customer, and friend, at both our Toyota dealership and at my shop in later years.
Always a gentleman and usually a funny story to tell. I will remember him fondly.
My deepest condolences to the whole family and may he Rest in Peace.

So many wonderful memories of a great guy and dear friend to myself and husband, Lou Fabello. Will always remember Jim's warm sense of humour. Such happy times as neighbours on Jefferson Drive.

In your hands, O Lord,
We humbly entrust our brothers and sisters. In this life you embraced them with your tender love; deliver them now from every evil and bid them eternal rest.
The old order has passed away. Welcome them into paradise,
where there will be no sorrow, no weeping or pain, but fullness of peace and joy
with your Son and the Holy Spirit forever and ever.
Amen.

We are so deeply sorry for your loss, please accept our deepest condolences. "Uncle" Jim was always a part of my life - a forever neighbour and friend. I always enjoyed our small chats when I would stop by to see my parents and we would catch up. Always a friendly smile and Hello. I wish you all peace and for God to watch over you during these difficult days. May he Rest in Peace. xo

Our hearts are full of sadness and our thoughts and prayers are with Dolly and family. We were neighbours for 47 years and what a neighbour Jim was - tons of wonderful memories - raising our children - backyard meals - all will be cherished. Jim always had a smile on his face and always ready for a chat. He will certainly be missed. Jim's final train ride took him to the most beautiful place.
