Jan was a wonderful aunt. I remember baking cookies with her before Melissa was born. She made all the fancy ones, not just the drop cookies. It was fun to spend time with her and learn in the kitchen. Once Melissa was born, I would visit and play with her under Jan's watchful eye.
Most of the time we spent together was enjoying family meals followed by her cheesecake.
She will be greatly missed.
