Obituary of Penelope "Penny" Brown

BROWN, PENELOPE "Penny" It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Penny Brown, wife of Derek, Mother of Frances and Mother-in-law to Peter O'Malley. She lived her life as she did in passing, in charge. She was an avid gardener, as well as a family Scrabble champion and ardent cryptic crossword enthusiast. She was also an active member of the May Court Club, both in Oakville and St. Catharines. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her family and many friends, in Canada, the USA and England. At her request, there will be no funeral, and cremation has already taken place. A celebration of Her life, both in Canada and England, will take place in due course and friends will be notified.  In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Cancer Society of your choice in Penny's name would be greatly appreciated by the family.
