Please accept my sincerest condolensces on your loss. Kathleen was one of The Arthritis Society's gift wrap volunteers. She and I spent many a happy shift chatting and wrapping gifts for The Arthritis Society. She was a wonderful lady and truly cared about the people with whom she volunteered. Kathleen will be missed and I will certainly miss her upbeat attatude and smiling face.

My condolences to Kathleen's family and friends. My memories of her will be, great conversations, thoughtfulness, generosity, her worries and frustrations, genuine smiles and dry humour, appreciation and love of nasturtiums and all of nature. I'll remember her pink purse, pink cupboards, pink fingernail polish, newspaper clippings. She had deep gratitude and interest for every person on her life's path.
Kathleen insisted on vinegar for cleaning and fluffy carpets.
I am thankful to have been "The Cleaning Girl".
I sure hope those pesky spiders and cobwebs aren't bothering you in heaven dear Kathleen.

Aunt Freda: We will miss you and the conversations that would arise that were quite interesting.
I love you and I'm glad I was at Tim and Mary Ann's
to have a lovely supper and evening with you. Your last words to me were "I love You". These words mean so much to me.
Family: I'm sorry we cannot attend the funeral, but please know that we sincerely loved Freda and we hope that she is at peace.

For the past several years I've had the pleasure to serve as Mrs. Morans newspaper carrier. She would Always express her thanks for receiving the paper and would frequently talk to me for a minute or two at the door. Learned of her passing yesterday while doing my route and the brevity of life was again impressed upon me. I just want to say Thank You Mrs. Moran for being a wonderful customer and allowing me to deliver your paper.

Frede was a mother to me for the past 30 years. She was a loving nanny to our daughter. Through the trials and tribulations of life, she was always there for me with a listening and caring heart. And on the flip side, she was one of my biggest cheerleaders when good things happened. I admired how she was interested in everyone's life and had a kind word for all whom she knew. It was difficult to see her health decline, especially in the last year. Even through her significant ailments, she made every effort to remain positive and pleasant. We didn't always agree on things....as one nurse put it, "She's fiercely independent!" But there was no mistaking that we loved each other dearly. A large hole will be left in me and my family's life....much the same as when a parent passes on. If there is an afterlife, Frede, I hope you and Digby have a heck of a good time reuniting! Much love always. XOXOXO
