Obituary of Anne Molnar
MOLNAR, Anne (nee Poth) Passed away peacefully in her 95th year on June 24th at Henley House. Predeceased by her husband Victor (2000). Much loved mother of Lorraine (Gary) Henry, Sheila (Arthur) Nesbitt, Vicki (Lon) Bonazza and David (Nancy) Molnar. Proud grandmother of Leanne (Brian), Jennifer, Allison (Barry), Todd, Joe (Stefanie), Michael, David, Katie (Mike) and Kelsey, and cherished great grandmother of Jacob and Riley. Also survived by her dear brother Stephen (the late Olga) Poth and many members of the Molnar family. Anne was a special aunt to many nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by her sisters Elizabeth (Anthony), Mary, Margaret (Ernest) and Glenna (Joe), and several brothers and sisters in law. The family extends sincere thanks to the entire staff of Henley House for their excellent care and compassion. In accordance with Anne's wishes, cremation has taken place with arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines. Anne's family will receive visitors at St. Denis Catholic Church, 230 Lake Street on Thursday, June 27th from 11am-12:45pm. A Memorial Mass will follow at 1pm with inurnment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Denis Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family.
