To Mrs Bradley and Family:
My sincerest condolences in the passing of your husband, father and grandfather, Walt. I am a Zoning Clerk for the City of St. Catharines. Walt is the one that hired me back in 1986. I have worked in the Engineering Department since 1976, so I have known Walt since then. Those of us old timers that are still left here at the City, were truly saddened by his passing. You and your family will certainly be in our thoughts and prayers.
