Obituary of Michael Makara

MAKARA MICHAEL Passed away peacefully at the Niagara Arms Retirement Home, on August 25, 2004, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of the late Anne Makara (nee: Sepach). Loving uncle to Jerry (Robbie) of Ottawa and Helen Pentland of St. Catharines. Devoted great uncle to Debra Chisholm, Shawn Pentland, Bryan, Trevor and Jason Makara. Great-great uncle to Michael (Karen) Mosher and Julie Mosher. Michael was born in the Ukraine and lived in Canada for the last 56 years. Mike was retired from General Motors and was known to everyone around town as Uncle Mike. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will follow
