Obituary of Gloria Mitchinson

Mitchinson, Gloria - Surrounded by her family on Sunday, June 4, 2006 at the St.Catharines General Hospital. Wife and friend to Harry for over 61 years. Beloved mother and friend to Debbie and Gord Robson of Waterloo and Sandy and Fred Meyers of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Loving Mimi to Emily and special friend Brock, Laura, Jim and fiancee Patricia, Blake and special friend Rebecca and Jordan. Survived by her brother Leith and sister Joanne of Fredericton, N.B. Will be especially missed by her cousins Ron and Donna Richardson of Kitchener. Also will be missed by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and special friends of the family. Gloria is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. Cremation has taken place. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. A celebration of Gloria's life will be held on Wednesday at 10:30am at St. Columba Church. A private family inurnment will take place. As an expression of thanks, the family would appreciate donations to be made to either the Alzheimers Society or Juvenile Diabetes Association in Gloria's honour.
