Dear Friends, What an honour it was to Be with your Wife, your Mum, your Mimi as she passed from this life into the next. She was so special and we always enjoyed meeting up with her poolside. Her love and concern were always so appreciated by all of us. Her stories of "I remember when...." were awesome and fun to listen to. Her love and loyalty for her family are something I will never forget about her and carry in my heart. Thanks for the honour of being with her and you her wonderful family. Dear Uncle Mitch,Debbie & Sandy, When Algie telephoned me on Sunday afternoon to inform me of Aunt Gloria's passing; I immediately recalled the telephone conversation I had with her a few months ago. I am so thankful now for that chat, and although brief, her delight in hearing my voice was evident. Dad always had a very special affection for Gloria even though they didn't get to see much of each other over the years. Dad is still physically well, but he doesn't know me now. I wish I could tell him about Gloria but sadly, he understands very little these days. I can't express how much yours and Aunt Gloria's love, comfort and strength meant to Dad, Barbara and to me at the time of mom's passing. It was so appreciated and will never be forgotten. Debbie and Sandy...your mom was a very classy lady with a heart of gold and she always spoke of the two of you with such love and pride. You will miss her and a day will never go by that you won't think of her. I know, because as I write this, I am thinking of my mother. There will, however, come the day when you can think of her without tears instead you will find yourself smiling. You will carry the memory of her forever in your hearts. Uncle Mitch, you too will miss her so, so much, but some day soon, I know that your memories of her will comfort you and bring you peace. Dear Mitchinson Family, I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Gloria last week. I am going to miss her visits to my office. She was always an interesting and entertaining patient. Gord and Debbie, I guess your story ends here for me as your mother always kept me up on the latest developments in your lives. Good luck in the future to you and your girls.
