Hi Ken and Family,
I offer you the condolences from Heather and I on the death of your Mom. At the same time I know that none of you would want her to go on the way she was. Keep her memories close to your hearts and treasure those good times as sacred.
I am sorry that I cannot be there but know that you are in good hands with the staff. I shall be thinking of you on Saturday.
