John 5:28 & 29 states that the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice(the voice of Jesus) and come out. These words have given me comfort and I hope that it will also give you the same.

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of your husband and father. I was always amazed by his zest for life and his perseverence through difficult times. The struggle that he went through was made so much easier by his great family and it is clear that your love for him and his love for you was a strong bond. Please accept my condolences at this difficult time.

This was written to me by a dear friend and i wish to share with all of you.......................................................................................................................................................................................................
Toni i am very sorry to hear that. Try to look at like i did when my mother was sick for a long time and passed away. I looked at it like she didn't have to suffer any more and that she was in a better place. At my mom funeral the Pastor said for us not to be sad for my mom but to be happy because she was with God and in a better place. He said it was us down here on earth struggling each day for whatever are the ones to feel sorry for. Please just know he is not hooked up to all those machines and suffering. Right now he is dancing on the streets of gold that line the streets of Heaven. He is laughing and catching up on things with relatives he has not seen in years. I am sure he didn't want to leave you guys, but he knew he was probably ready to go and be free of that body that he wore out living life while here on Gods green earth. Don't be sad, rejoice in the fact that he lived a full life and loved all of you very much. But when God calls you home you have to go, even if that means some tears and sad faces. He is probably up there right now teaching the angels to speak Italian (smile) and meeting new friends. Just because it is time for you to go home and be with god does not mean that person stops living. It is just a next step in Gods plan for all of us. Think of the good times you had with him Toni and know that he will check in on you and your family from time to time to make sure you guys are doing ok. When you think you hear your name in the wind and you turn and there is nobody there, that is your dad saying he is watching over you. Also talk to him when you have something to say. I promise he will hear you. If you open your mind as well as your ears you will hear what he is saying. He won't be talking with his mouth and using words like down here on earth. He will be talking to you with his love he has for you and his soul. Be strong and know he is happy where he is at and that one day you will see him again.
