Obituary of Carolyn Anne Hedges

Hedges, Carolyn Anne - At age 51 after a brave battle with cancer, on October 6, 2005 peacefully at her home in Fonthill with her loving family and friends by her side. Will be sadly missed by her loving husband Ron and his children Dave and Ally. Survived by her sister and brother Melanie Findlay (Brian) and Brian and also her niece and nephews Emma, Christopher and Ben. Carolyn' dogs and cat Maisie, Shelby and Fat Cat will also be remembered. Carolyn is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will occur on Wednesday October 12, 2005 between 2-4 and 7-9pm. A celebration of life will be held in the George Darte Funeral Chapel on Thursday October 13, 2005 at 2pm. Memorial donations may be made to either the Canadian Cancer Society or the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada. At Carolyn's request "no black at my funeral."
