Obituary of Jean Frances Deumo

Deumo, Jean Frances (Fran) - Peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday March 6, 2007 at the Heidehof Home in her 84th year. Predeceased by her husband Hap (1998). Loving mother of Judy Wilkinson, Janet Gatecliff (John) and David (Brenda) of Fonthill. Fran was a very proud and devoted Nana to her grandchildren, Adam, Eric and Brett Wilkinson. Survived by her beloved sisters Miriam Conway, Melanie Kunkel, Beryl Keais and Carm Bulanda. Predeceased by her brothers Jack, Gerald and Hugh Keais. The family would like to extend their many thanks to the staff and volunteers at the Heidehof Home for their compassion and care towards Fran. Mrs. Deumo is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street until Friday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy without mass will be celebrated in the George Darte Funeral Chapel at 11am. Interment will take place at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens following the reception. Visiting hours are Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to either the Alzheimers Society or the St. Catharines General Hospital Cancer Care Centre in Fran's honour.
