Dear Judy, Janet and David, I was so sorry to hear of your Mom's death. She was a real sweetheart and a very kind lady. Mothers are usually the backbone of a family and your Mom is no exception to that thought. I know she will be missed by each of you, the grandchildren the rest of the family and friends.
Again, I am truly sorry that I cannot be with you on the day of your Mom's ceremony. You are in good hands with Gregory and the rest of the staff. I shall keep your mother in my prayers.
