Dearest Col and family:
I want to send you my deepest sympathies at this very sad time on the passing of your father, husband and grandfather. If I could say anything that could possibly be of any comfort to you, it would be that your dad is truly at peace now, and is healed of his ailments in Heaven - where you will all see him again some day. He just might be up there with Sudsy, sharing a cold drink of choice! One good thing about life is we always have our memories .... hold onto them Col!
Luv, Sam

Dear Ruth and family:
I was on-line and read about Jerry's death. I just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you at this time. I have many fond memories of Jerry and Ruth faithfully attending worship and while I was serving Carleton did get to know them well both through hospital visits as well as home visits. Jerry was a fine man and will be deeply missed. Over the years they shared many good stories from the war years, to their courting days and up till the present. Do take care, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Patti Blundell now serving a church in Amherst, Nova Scotia.
