Dear Anne, When I saw your husband's death notice in the Hamilton Spectator I wanted to send you my sincere sympathy. I purchased my very first piece of antique furniture from you and Don many years ago at the Merritt Hall in Ancaster - it was a dry sink. Anyhow, I have bought many things from you over the years, and always enjoy having a short chat with you. I usually see you at the Christie show annually. Just wanted you to know I will be thinking of you. Joanne Stewart

Dear George-Anne and Family: I know it's seems like a life time since I have seen you but I wanted you to know that both you and Don were mentors to me and my kids,(Christopher and Candice). As a family we still share moments of laughter and love when speaking of you. We wished that we would have had the pleasure of your company once more. We remember Christmas's with santa and spending time with Jay. Your home was always warm and filled with love. Thank you for the memories.God bless you and your family. Love,Sandy Urech, Joe Daize, Christopher and Candice.

Just a short note to express Kim and I's condolences to you and your family. I understand that it has been a long, hard time for you and your family suffering through Don's illness. As a long time friend of Don's, my one regret to living so far away is that I'm not able to be there at this sad time. My memories of Don go back primarily to happier, healthier times. We went to Sunday school, ran away from home and Lord knows what else. It's funny when or what you remember of old friends. I was doing triathalons in the 90's. Every time during the swim, I would remember Don's swimming skills and wish that I had 50% of his skills. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Take care. Peter Armstrong
