My Brother In Law George
I first met when I was 15. Ina and George came to Dundee for 3 weeks. There was great excitement because none of Inas' family had met George. I should correct that, George was over in Britain during the war and had visited my mum and dad for a few hours. They never thought that years later their daughter Ina would meet George in Canada and marry.
Well to continue everybody got on great with George. It was like we had always known George and it went from there.
George & Ina visited Dundee many times. George was so generous especially with my 3 boys Gary, Scott, and Bruce. He would give them money and it always burnt a hole in their pockets. George loved a good joke and a laugh and we shared many of those over the years. George would sing "A Tourrie on his Bonnet" but he had to have a few first.
George was so kind and generous and never heard him say a bad word. We will always remember you George and miss our chats on the phones so much.
Goodbye George love always.
Nan & Bruce

Uncle George will be sadly missed. I am sorry my family did not get the chance to meet him as he was a wonderful generous man and to thank him for the memories I shared with Uncle George and Auntie Ina and the amazing time he gave me as an 11 and 16 year old boy. When I came to Canada for a holiday I spent 10 weeks that I will never forget and share my memories with my girls Nadia & Zoe.
The memory will never leave.
Love Bruce, Elaine, Nadia & Zoe. x

My condolences to the family and friends of George. I delivered his paper in the 80s and a few years ago I had the opportunity to nurse him while he was in the hospital. He was a very kind man. I know he will be missed.

We were next-door friends and neighbours to George and Ina for many years, and were very saddened to learn of his passing. We remember them both as warm, kindly and loving friends with whom we shared many good times. We moved away more than 20 years ago, but have kept in touch over the years and thought of the Koski's very often. George was a wonderful person who will be very much missed. Now he and Ina are together again.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to family and friends.
