Dear Mrs. Willmot and Families:
We are so very to hear of your great loss. I remember Mr. Willmot from the Conservation Authority and from being friends with Anne over the years. What I remember most about Mr. Willmot is his sense of honesty and integrity and no nonsense attitude with everything he approached. He was also very kind to all and had an infectious laugh. I still remember when he and Mrs. drove all the way to Toronto to pick us up and give us a car so our girls weekend wouldn't be ruined. What a gentleman! We know that you will truly miss him. As time goes on we hope you will reflect on happy memories. God Bless Kathy

Dear Rhoda and family. Very sad to hear of Stewart's passing. I was his secretary during the KMW Products days and he kindly gave me a wonderful reference when I assumed a secretarial position with the St. Catharines Public Library, during his service on the Library Board. He was always such a hard worker, and I'll always be thankful for his kindness and support. I have since retired in Prince Edward Island. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Rhoda, Joan, Gord, Doug , Anne ,and your families. I am sorry to hear of Stew,s passing.
Through my friendship with Anne I had the good fortune to have been taught how to make porridge properly. Long ago during my first of many visits to Anne's family home Stew supervised my attempt to make porridge for breakfast. Stew intervened and proper porridge was the result.
I learned that care and doing it right were essential to making porridge and were essential to Stew in everything that he did. My thoughts are with you today as I am not able to come to you. I hope that through the sadness you can take comfort in recalling the many happy and funny times that you enjoyed with your husband and your Dad. Warmly, Anne Casey

Peter, I would like to offer our most sincere condolences to Stew's family. To the family we know best, Anne and Brian and of course Rhoda our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Stew was a wonderful gentle man and always a gentleman.
Our sons Graham and Alex would like to offer their condolences to Claire and Grace for the loss of their Grampa.
Peter and I have very fond memories of Stew. He was always passionate with his opinions. His fervor almost comical at times.
One of the great week-ends at the cottage in Norland that I remember was spent shingling the roof. Stew was determined to show that he could "pull his weight" with the young crowd. He did this by standing on the very edge of the roof exercising his finely tuned supervisory skills. We were afraid he'd fall off the roof and kept dropping various tools and asking Stew to retrieve them "if he wouldn't mind". He spent the day climbing up and down the ladder.
I remember him at our Wedding. Standing in the sun on a beautiful day. I remember him at Anne and Brian's wedding...standing in the sun on a beautiful day. I remember him on the roof of the cottage...standing in the sun on a beautiful day.
I will always remember Stew...
Standing in the sun on a beautiful day.
