My husband Kelly and I are unable to attend services for Aunt Dorothy, but we wanted you all to know that you are in our thoughts. It is difficult to know the right thing to say - but please know that you and Aunt Dorothy are in our hearts. I was quite young when Grandpa (Bob) Vail was still in good health and when Uncle Stan & Aunt Dorothy attended family functions and the farm etc. I am fortunate, however, to have special memories of each person. I especially remember Aunt Dorothy's beautiful smile and the sound of her laughter. She left me with the feeling that can only be described as - now there is a classy LADY! (I do also remember something of a twinkle of humour/mischief in her eyes)
