To the Moore family, we will miss Dave very much. Dave you were the center of all our fun for the many weekends together travelling with ringette. Remember Montreal? The jumping on the bed contest? We have so many great memories. Our family will cherish being apart of your life for so many years. You will be missed.

My heart goes out to all in your time of terrible loss. I had the privilege of knowing Dave and playing hockey with him. As you know he was a tremendous individual and the world has lost a fine, fine person(despite the fact that he was a Habs fan--ha!!). God bless.

I am so sorry to see David go. I played hockey with Dave. I remembered first word I said to Dave as I was tieing up my skates with him.
I said Dave, "you know that every goal that goes in is the golies's
responsibility. We laughed over that for a long time. I feel so bad
for his daughter's. When Dave spoke about his daughter's his face lit
up, he really loved them. I recently lost a close friend a work to cancer. I remember what her husband said. It was better to love for 18
year's rather than none at all. God bless to the family.
In friendship Mike Brownlee.

I was fortunate enough to meet David over 25 years ago during his brief stay in Winnipeg. In that time we became very good friends.
In our lives we meet very few people that leave such a lasting impression that transcends distance and time, David was certainly one of them.
To Trish and David's family please accept my sincerest condolences.
Rest easy my friend you've more than earned it.

Dear Trish, Chelsey, and Alyx. I am so very sorry for your loss. David was a wonderful man and much to offer and teach this world. He loved you all so very much and you all made him so proud and happy. I am very sad that I did not get a chance to meet him and yourselves earlier in the year as I had planned. Please forgive me for not being able to attend services. My prayers go to each and every one of you and my thanks to God that David is finally at peace. My heart will be forever sad and lost without him. Diana

My dearest friend Dave, how I will miss you, your humor and your laugh. Our chats about the industry, family, and stuff in general. We met through work and became friends. How lucky for me! Forever grateful I will be. Your time with us was much too short. You made the most of every moment with your kindness, genourosity, humor, and patience. Forever your friend & lost without you. xoxo Diana

It was with much sadness that I learned of Davids passing. I had the great pleasure meeting David over twenty five years ago when we worked at Namasco Steel. Although it was not long after that he returned to his home town, our friendship stood the test of time. He was a model of courage and inspiration throughout his illness and I will truly miss him. We knew Dave from Connaught School, even way back then he was making us laugh. He was a close friend to our brother Tiger.
Dave had a smile that lit up "the room", and a laugh that was contagious even if we didn't know why we were laughing.
He will be greatly missed.

Please accept my deepest sympathy. Habs great, John Ferguson and I, had the pleasure to meet David and his father on a trip to the 2005 British Open in Scotland.
