My heartfelt condolences to the family of Peg Allen. I had worked with Peg for many years at CMHA
and it was wonderful to get to know her over the years. I was saddened to hear of her passing, unfortunately too
late to attend services. I have fond memories of our connection. Lisa A.

Peggy and I went to grade school through to high school together. I remember her as a happy person with a warm smile and kind, encouraging words. The last time I met Peggy was many years ago at Montebello Park during Grape and Wine festivities and she was with the love of her life Malcolm.
Heartfelt sympathy to Malcolm, Gillian, Callum, Lauren, Bonnie, Anne Marie and extended family.

Such sad news about the early passing of such a great lady.
I will always remember her warm friendship and hospitality. Unfortunately, our global travels made it more difficult to stay in touch but she will always be in my memories.
God bless her and all she stood strongly for.

I was a friend of Peggy’s during our very early nursing training years. We drove to Hamilton together on weekends and then worked together at different times over the years while employed at SCGH. I remember attending her wedding. I only have the fondest of memories of Peggy. She was very expressive, funny and very kind natured. Please accept my sincere condolences to all of Peggy’s family.

Dear Malcolm, Gillian, Callum & Lauren
I have thought of you so many times over the years as Peggy's health declined and knew how devastating it was to you all. This is one time the saying "why do bad things happen to good people" couldn't be more true. Peg and I worked together for many years and I admired her ability to effectively and respectfully work with her staff and with the people we served. Everyone enjoyed working with her and in turn, had a great deal of respect for her. I will always remember her beautiful smile and her laughter that made challenging days more tolerable. She was a special person who will be remembered fondly. Malcolm you raised the bar as a loving, devoted and caring husband and Peggy would be so proud and grateful to you. She is a free spirit now and at peace.

Words can not even begin to express our Sorrow, but our healing process will be aided by the years of memories that Peggy shared with those of us who were blessed to be in her life.
Her smile lit a room, her stories could lead to laughter, tears, sometimes both.
Peggy shared many passions with family and friends, she loved her animals.
Such a classy lady, elegant in style, gracious with compassion and love.
Peg's talent in the kitchen was second to none, New Years dinners for 20 was a treat she shared with family and friends. How blessed we were to be included as such.
Family came first. Her life's partner, children, and extended family were first in her heart. Her sisters were her best friends. Peggy showed those around her how much they all meant to her, which made it so easy to love her.
Malcolm, Gillian, Callum, & Lauren, to you and your family's we are so sorry for your loss, and grateful for the opportunity to share the time we had with Peggy.

I had the pleasure of working with Peggy at the hospital and Canadian Mental Health. I loved her sense of humour, beautiful smile, kindness, gentle spirit and love for animals. She was a person you could count on to help in anyway. She was a disciplined walker and I often think of her on my walks. It is time to rest my friend ❤️
Our deepest condolences to Malcolm and family
