Obituary of Rose Golchuk

Rose Golchuk (nee D'amico)

On July 30th the sky opened and the sun shone bright as Rose returned home with grace and dignity. She will be remembered for her kind giving spirit and unconditional love. Her greatest joy was her family.

She was surrounded by the love of her daughter Lori Pisano (Rick) and son David. Her grandchildren Charlie (Melissa), Allie and Andrew, along with great-grandchildren Carmen, Aberdeen and Daphne were the light of her life. She will be joined, once more, with her husband Norman (Jitts) and her brothers and sisters Mary, Grace, Lil, Fil, Donny, Joe, Corrine, Jean, Frank and Tony.

Her brother Mike, sister Pauline, Jack and her many nieces and nephews will continue to be the thread that keeps the D'amico memories alive.

Thank you to Rose's friends and family, who remained in touch with her. Your visits and letters made her feel connected to all of you. Mom often reminiced of her grade school friends Liz and Shirley; she would laugh when she shared stories of their past.

To our friends, both personal and professional, who stood by our side as we navigated the past two years. You supported us during our most difficult challenges. Thank you.

A special heart felt thank you to the Lincoln Team (too many to name) at Linhaven. Your compassion, patience and love for Rose and the residents is amazing. You were and always will be a part of Rose's story.
