Luksic, Milojka "Millie"
Suddenly on Sunday, May 12, 2024, Milojka passed unexpectedly at 85 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Zdenko. Loving mother of Mike Luksic (Barb), and Jackie Luksic. Adored baba of Sarah (Peter), Olivia and Thomas. She was one of nine siblings, leaving behind her brother Zivko Kuntos. She will be greatly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Milojka was a member of St.George Orthodox Church in Niagara Falls. Baba gave everyone a warm home, and she made the world happier with her food. Her love for her family came through in everything that she did. She was known as baba to everyone, and she will be missed by all those who knew her. The family would like everyone to look back at her with a smile.
Family will receive friends for visitation at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. Prayers will be held at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the ceremony room at the funeral home on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 12 noon. Burial at Lundy's Lane Cemetery. A reception will be held at the Serbian Hall, 6085 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls. Memorial donations can be made to Hospital for Sick Children.
