After a long and courageous struggle with cancer, Jenny peacefully passed into glory in the assurance of eternal life with her Saviour on May 3, 2024. She was the daughter of Gerrit and Joukje Hummel, sister of Fay (Bill) and John, all of whom predeceased her.
She was the beloved wife of Bill and cherished mother of Kevin, Janice (Brian), Kim (Tom), Mike (Sandi) and Trevor. She was also the well - loved grandmother of Kaleb, Luke, Seth, Sadie, Weston, Ezra, Ruby, Kalem and Denver.
Opportunity to offer condolences will be given on Thursday, May 9, from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm at the Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 278 Parnell Road, St. Catharines. After a private interment, a funeral service will be conducted at the same church on Friday, May 10th at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
