Obituary of Dennis Francis Mailloux

MAILLOUX, Dennis - Passed away on Saturday, February 17th, 2024 at the St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Lise for twenty six and a half years.  Cherished son of Agnes (the late Israel) Mailloux.  Loving brother of David (the late Charlene) Mailloux. Uncle of Kevin (Emily) and Curtis (Erika) Mailloux.  Son in law of Jean Marie and Colette Simon. Brother in law of Pierre and Carole Simon, Bernard and Carole Simon, Marielle and Paul Pitre and Julie and Yves Beaudin. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.  Dennis was a member of the Knights of Columbus as well was an active volunteer at many churches in Niagara and beyond. He was a member of the Legion for many years. Dennis was also a member of the Locksmith's Association. He also loved hunting and other outdoor activities, especially traveling and picnics. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, February 23rd from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. Vigil Prayers will take place on Friday at 3p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Denis Church, 230 Lake Street, St. Catharines on Saturday, February 24th at 10a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, Mass Cards can be made or memorial donations to St. Vincent de Paul Society would be appreciated by the family.
