Janny and myself first of all want to express our sympathy at this time. We are acquainted with the sadness felt of our parents passing. We share in the grief of parents who have gone before us to be with Christ Jesus. We also believe: that it is far better to be with the Lord in a new resurrected body.
What a joy! Now, that we reflect on past weekends on the farm. Being in Aunt Irene’s warm and kind presence: The first memory I have in the mid 1980s was how warm, gentle, kind and sincere she was in her conversations with myself. This continued until the last time but with a sense of humor.
The joy is to know that her presence is felt not only in memory but in her children, who share that kindness and sense of humor.
Grace and peace abounds especially during these times
