Meaghan Catherine Scott (nee Rae)
(August 31, 1980 - October 30, 2023)
With loving family by her side, Meaghan passed into Heaven on October 30, 2023 at the Port Colborne Hospital at the age of 43. She fought a long and courageous battle with cancer. She leaves behind her husband Greg and 3 treasured daughters Cali, Avril and Dahlia, her Mother and Father Rory and Margie Rae (nee Darte), her sister Erin Rae and her nephew Kane. She will be sadly missed by her Sister in law Allison Scott and nephews Jacob and Ryan, her Sister in Law Sandra (Dave) Smith and nephews Kyle Scott and niece Pehtra Thompson, Mother in law Joanne Provost (Ray), Father in law Brian Scott ( Sharon Terry) as well as her two dogs Button and Karma. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Meaghan had a passion for all things in Life from watching her girls in sports to watching the Bills and Leafs with the boys in the garage. Yoga was a big part of her Life which she truly enjoyed. The world has lost a shining star and gained a beautiful Angel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Meaghan's Life will take place on Friday, November 17th at Maple Meadows Farm; 736 Weaver Road, Port Colborne from 1p.m. - 4p.m. This is a barn venue - Please dress warm.
