Obituary of Nellie Minnie Casement

Nellie Casement - Passed away peacefully on Friday, June 2, 2023, at the age of 88. She was a wonderful Mom and Nana who was always there when we needed her. After her career as a seamstress, she contributed more than 20 years as a volunteer to Linhaven Long Term Care.

She is predeceased by her husband Jim and son Ron, as well as her 4 brothers and 3 sisters. She will be greatly missed by her children, Brian (Debbie), Bob (Kristine), Barrie (Linda), Dean (Jody), and Roger (Shelley). As well as 14 Grandchildren, 18 Great-Grandchildren, and 2 GG-Grandchildren.

As per Nellie's wishes cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 10th from 2 -5 pm at the George Darte Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 585 Carlton St. If you wish, donations can be made to the charity of your choice or the Alzheimer Society of Niagara.
