Obituary of Philip Donovan Book

Phil Donovan Book passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital on April 30th, 2023 at the age of sixty-six surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Marcia; cherished father to Bryant, Brandon, Bradley and Brett. Beloved nephew to Ronald Book and Linda Crabtree; dear brother to Cindy and Debbie. For the past 43 years, Phil worked passionately as a sales consultant in ceramic tile, marble and stone. He valued his professional relationships very much. Phil gave his entire life to his family. Everything he did was for the benefit of his wife and children. He loved to play sports, run with his dog, Chance, and enjoy life in the country with his family. We would like to thank the ICU staff at Juravinski Hospital for their compassionate and exemplary care in his final days. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 5th 2023 at 11:00AM in the funeral home ceremony room followed by a burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Phil.
