Obituary of Giuseppe Di Giorgio
Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 27th 2023 in his 95th year. Joe was predeceased by his wife, Elisabetta (1999). Loving and generous father of, Alba (Lui) Ferrante and Elena (Anthony) Vani. Very cherished loving Nonno of, Nicole (Joe), Anthony (Patri), Anthony (Carolyn), Vanessa (Kitch) and Great-Nonno to five great-grandchildren. Special thank-you to the staff at the Respiratory Unit at the NHS-St. Catharines and Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospitals for their care and compassion as well to Sister Louise. In accordance with Joe’s wishes, funeral arrangements have been entrusted with GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., A private family service to take place with an entombment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations are kindly appreciated to the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital and Walker Family Cancer Centre.
