Obituary of Chantal Commerford

COMMERFORD - Chantal Louise Passed away tragically at the young age of 29 on Sunday July 22, 2012 at University Hospital in London. She leaves behind her companion Adam Barrington. She is the beloved daughter of John Commerford and Louise Michaud (Alain Fortier) and sister of Thomas. Beloved niece of Elizabeth Elliott (nee Commerford) of California, Michael Michaud (Nicole Arbour) of Quebec, the late Carole Malin, nee Michaud (Tom Pritchard) of Amherst N.Y., Ginette , nee Michaud (Sandy) Potter of St. Catharines. She will be greatly missed and forever cherished by all her family and dear friends. Sincere thanks to the surgeons and staff at University Hospital for their care and efforts during her time of illness. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her life will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, on Monday July 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation held one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, Chantal requested donations be made to the Trillium Gift of Life Network or Camp Quality.
