Obituary of Maxine Cook

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maxine on November 23rd, 2022 at the age of 63. Loving daughter of William “Pops” Cook. Loving partner to Tim Hebert. Devoted mother to Salina (Dave), Dakohta (Dalia), and Dean. Best Nana to Brooke, Caleb, Rilynne, and Amelia. Maxine will be dearly missed by her siblings. Predeceased by her mother, Eileen.

Maxine’s family was everything to her, always taking care of everyone’s needs before her own. She was known for her generosity, and we know that her generous spirit lives on through others.

In keeping with Maxine’s request there will be no formal service. Friends and family will be welcomed to a visitation to be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 2-4pm at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines.
