Obituary of Gerald John Caskenette

CASKENETTE, Gerald- Passed away peacefully on Monday, November 14th, 2022 at the St Catharines Hospital at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Wendy Caskenette (nee Evans) for 25 years. Cherished brother of Don (Lana) Caskenette and Marilyn (Harry) Ebert. Brother in law of Alan Pederson (Gwen). He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins,  his Uncle Bud and his Aunts Betty and Marilyn. He is predeceased by his parents Harry and Anita Caskenette. Jerry was a member of the Odd Fellow Lodge and The Smithville Legion. He was employed by Cadbury Schwepps for 40 years. Jerry loved to play Bingo and was known affectionately as the "King of Bingo". The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Monday, November 21st from 11a.m. -1p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 1p.m. on Monday in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Campfire Circle or a Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family.
