To the Grunfelder family with love from the Zimmerman family
Martin and my Dad, Mike Zimmerman lived parallel lives, emigrating from Hungary to Canada, working at General Motors while also running farms, marrying and having two children each. When both Martin and my Dad retired from GM, Martin would come over to help my Dad on the fruit farm. My Mom marveled at the fact that they could work all day chatting happily and continue to talk all through the evening! They were (and are) true soul mates. May they continue to enjoy each other’s company now that they are at rest.
