Surrounded by the love of her family, Carolyn peacefully passed Thursday, August 4th, 2022. Carolyn was the beloved wife of Michael for 53 years. Cherished mother of Mark (Mary),  Anne Marie (Colin) and nanna to Stefano and Sofia.  Sister to Cheryl (Claire) and treasured by her extended family and friends.   She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

Carolyn was a celebrated music teacher and an accomplished organist. She had a gift of bringing people together, often accompanied with beautiful music and homemade food prepared with love.

The family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines 905-937-4444 on Monday, August 8 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Vigil prayers will be held at 3pm. Funeral Liturgy for Carolyn is on Tuesday, August 9th at 11am at The Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, 34 Elgin St. Interment will be held at St. John Anglican Cemetery. If so desired, donations made to Vincent de Paul - Ozanam Centre in Carolyn's memory would be appreciated by her family.
