Obituary of Tracey Kathleen MacPherson
January 3rd, 1960 - July 19th, 2022
Tracey MacPherson, of St. Catharines, Ontario passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones the night of July 19, 2022 at 62 years of age. She was born in Toronto, Ontario and in 1996 made St. Catharines her home. She married her teenage sweetheart, Blair MacPherson with whom she shared 41 years of loving marriage. She was an excellent mother and wife; her greatest joys were watching her sons excel in life. When not chauffeuring the boys between sports and activities, she was always the first in the crowd, supporting their every move. Tracey loved working out and spending time in the gym; she met some of her most cherished friends in group workouts, walks, or rowing. If she wasn’t working up a sweat you could find her at her favourite 13th Street Winery, enjoying a glass of wine with her friends. The MacPherson home was always open to loved ones. Tracey’s hospitality was unmatched, and the memories made at home will be forever cherished. She is survived by her husband and best friend Blair MacPherson, sons Mitchell MacPherson (Sydney) and Wade MacPherson, her mother Beverley Look and sister Erin Walker (Larry) and multiple family and friends. She is predeceased by her father, William Look. She will be greatly missed and will forever be in our hearts as we watch the sunset in Port Dalhousie.
The MacPherson family will receive family and friends at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday July 22nd, from 6pm-8pm, followed by a memorial service at the funeral home Saturday July 23rd, at 1pm. The family expresses their sincere gratitude to the staff at St. Catharines General Hospital, particularly their Intensive Care Unit for their tender love and care.
