Obituary of Myra Kuzych
KUZYCH, Myra( July 24, 1942 - July 11, 2022)- With sad hearts the family of Myroslava (Myra) Kuzych announce the end of a long health and geographical journey on Monday, 11 July, 2022 in St. Catharines, Ontario, which started in the turmoil of the Great War in Ukraine and is ending in the time of another Great War in Ukraine. Myra is survived by her brother Lubomir of London Ontario, sister-in-law Nancy, nieces Lissa and Melinda of Waterloo, Ontario and predeceased by niece Pamela. She is also survived by great-nephews Adam, Matthew, Christian, and Benjamin, and great-niece Payton. From the turmoil of the Second War, Myra found peace as a child in St. Catharines, Ontario where she excelled in academics and piano studies amid a loving family, until an illness denied her a musical career. She spent the rest of her life in the excellent care of Tufford Nursing Home and her niece Lissa. We pray that God keep her Soul. Funeral and Internment Services will be held privately at the Sts. Cyril & Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church in St. Catharines on Monday July 18, 2022. Those wishing to make donations in memory of Myra to Sts. Cyril & Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church of St. Catharines, Ontario, please contact the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, (905)-937- 4444. The family expresses deep appreciation for your thoughtfulness. |
