Dear Cousins Debbie and Eddie Dean and your individual extended families. Tony and I wish to express our sincerest condolences to you all. Although we lived in separate provinces and all went our own way, it is without saying how much she will be missed. Auntie Geraldine was a hard working, artistic, gracious, loving, talented, fashionable, beautiful Auntie whose memories I will cherish in my heart forever. We will all remember that she is not gone, she is just away; and we will all meet again in God's Heavenly Kingdom. Rest in Peace Auntie Geraldine; you have truly earned your Angel Wings and you will be received in Heaven with open arms. Sending love and condolences, Niece/Cousin Valerie and Tony from the Okanagan Valley.

What a beautifully well written obituary tribute to a wonderful lady! Cousin Geraldine lived a true example of beauty and strength, adapting to so many changes in her life, and in the process, she learned and discovered her potential and talents to create her own happiness. This brave woman is a true inspiration for those who seek to find the powers within themselves, no matter what life throws their way. We will never forget her style and grace, and her devotion to family and friends. The memories of our extended family of cousins, with roots from the wild west, blending and bonding over their early years in St.Catharines and Virgil, especially the time growing up with Debbie and Eddie Dean, are cherished ones that will last my lifetime. My thoughts and sympathy are with Geraldine's family and her friends at this sad time. Wishing Geraldine and her Angels heavenly peace, lots of lively polkas and square dance joy!
