Obituary of Gabrielle Lohr

LOHR, Gabrielle- With broken hearts we announce the passing of our kind, beloved sister, aunt and friend. Flown to heaven on June 25th, 2022 with her loving family by her side at the Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 65.  She is the loving daughter of the late Hilda and Gunter. Special sister to Gerry (Nancy), Linda (the late Tom), Monica (George) and Frank (Michele). She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews, Dan (Paula), Stacey, Marcy (Sam), Lindsay (Dale) Katie (Eric), Stephanie, Sarah, Matthew and Kristina. Great aunt to Luke, Payton, Jolene, Bobbi, Devon, Jordan and Sawyer. She is survived by her cousins Ursula, Marianne, Lucy, Walter, Vera and Marjie and their children. Gabrielle was a retired Provincial Government employee. A beautiful rose has faded. May her splendor here on earth have shown examples of Joy, Calm, Wisdom and Courage to all. She is now transplanted in Heaven's Garden. The family will receive visitors at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, St Catharines on Thursday, June 30th from 11a.m.-12:30p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:30p.m. in the Funeral Home chapel. Burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow.
