Obituary of Maxine Joyce Geroy
It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Maxine Geroy announce her peaceful passing on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022 at the age of 77. Maxine leaves behind her loving daughter, Cindy (Phil), sons Bob and Dennis; cherished grandchildren: Michael, Sylvia, Andrew, Joel and Samia as well as her siblings. Predeceased by Maxine was her beloved spouse, Bob (Bear) Geroy and her parents, Dalton and Annette.
Maxine filled her time with her love of thrifting and bargain hunting. In addition to running her previous antique businesses, she also enjoyed collecting antiques which she proudly displayed in her home. Family was Maxine’s whole life, and she took joy in spending time with her grandchildren, watching them grow. In keeping with Maxine’s wishes, funeral arrangements have been entrusted to GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. A Private gathering and celebration of life will be held.
