Obituary of Kathleen Dorothy Langlois
Kay passed away peacefully in her 93rd year at Amica Retirement Residence in Dundas on the date of April 12th, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Gerard F. Langlois; loving mother of Wendy (Blaine) Sloat, Ann (Stephen) Middleton, Paulette Langlois (Al) and Peter (Kathy) Langlois. Cherished grandmother of Etienne (Heidi) Middleton, Sarah Middleton, Andrea (Paul) Livesey, Melissa (Shaun) Livesey-Button, Allison Langlois and Paul Langlois; great-grandmother to Lucy and Maxwell Oort, Kurt, Sebastien and Astrid Middleton, Miles and Sam Kalika, Libby, Andrew and Nolan Button. Predeceased by her brothers, Douglas and David. Kay was a lifelong member of Christ Anglican Church and church of the Transfiguration in St. Catharines. She was involved with the ACW organizing many events within the church. Kay was an area Manager/Finance Manager for Life Labs, formerly known as MDS Laboratories. We are sure she is arranging many events in her new journey. The family wish to give many thanks to the staff of Amica for their wonderful care and also to Dr. Julie Emili. In keeping with Kay’s wishes, funeral arrangements have been entrusted to GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., cremation has taken place and guests are welcome for visitation on Saturday, May 14th from 2:00PM-3:00PM with a Celebration of Life to follow in the ceremony room. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Care, St. Catharines or a charity of your choice.
