Obituary of Damian Mathis Durand

DURAND, Damian- Passed away on Saturday, April 2nd, 2022 at his residence at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Hermina. Cherished father of Gilbert, Marcella, Raymond, Davidson (Elena) and George. Loving Grandpa of Adele, Jennifer,  Dominique, Tiffany, Rosette, Courtney, Ashley, Jada and Alexandrea. Great Grandpa of 11 great grandchildren. Uncle of Guitana (Jerome).  Brother of Stephen, Gregore and Ezekiel. Damian loved his family and friends very much. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. Damian always loved laughing and making others laugh. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, April 8th from 2-4p.m. & 6-8p.m.  A Celebration  of Damian's Life will take place on Saturday, April 9th at 11a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to McMaster's Children Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
