We had the honour of working with Joe for 12 years and was always amazed at his abilities. He could rewire a complicated used machine that came to us in pieces with no wiring diagrams. As well, he was also a nice person, good attitude and a pleasure to be around. I am sure that this carried on with his personal and home life. Joe will be missed by all that knew him. Rest in Peace.
