Obituary of Daniel Ernest Bacon

DANIEL ERNEST BACON

April 20, 1944 - December 1, 2021

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our oldest brother, Danny. Predeceased by parents, Donald (1988) and Irene (2011) and brother, Donny (2019).

Danny is survived by a daughter, Lisa Shawn, and a son, Daniel Martin and siblings David (Julie), Dean, Diane (Kirk), Dawna and Douglas.

Danny was an interesting and well read gentleman, a talented artist with a passion for cars.

Born and raised in St. Catharines, he started work at GM in the 1960s,  but returned to school in the early 1970s to become a commercial artist.

He will be missed by his family.... we have never known a time without him.

Danny will be laid to rest at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.  An Irish "wake" will take place at the home of his sister, Dawna Bacon (905-736-4561) on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to George Darte Funeral Home.
