Obituary of Ann Elizabeth Ellens
ANN ELLENS (FOWLER)- Owen Sound/St. Catharines. It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mom, aged 69. Ann Elizabeth Ellens (Fowler), daughter of the late Betty and Ted Fowler of Mitchell, passed away from Amyloidosis on Tuesday, April 20 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Survived by her husband Stephen Ellens and her dear children Meredith Gibson (Sean) and Stephanie Ellens-Clark (Jon). A devoted Nana to Clara, Amelia and Ewan Gibson; Hudson, Miller and Davis Clark. Ann was unreservedly honest and genuine, kind and selfless. She was fiercely loyal to her family and friends and was an absolute joy to be around. Everyone could feel her love and hear her hearty laugh. Ann was a beautiful human who was faithful and will always be in our hearts. Due to COVID restrictions, a celebration of Ann’s life will be held at a later date. Donations, if desired, may be made towards McMaster Children’s Hospital Foundation or Niagara Health Foundation.
