Obituary of Angelina Cabras

CABRAS, Angelina (nee Bufalino) - Passed away with her loving family by her side on Friday, March 26th, 2021 at Shalom Manor and Gardens Long Term Care in Grimsby at the age of 92.  Beloved wife of the late Francesco (1990). Cherished mother of Anna (Craig) Stechyshyn and Tony ( Maria) Cabras. Loving Nonna of Michael, Nicholas, Joseph (Sarah) and Francesca. Great Nonna of Hailey. She will be sadly missed by her brother Mike (Kris) and her sister Maria.  Predeceased by her parents Calogero Bufalino and Rosa Maranca. She is also predeceased by her brothers Joseph, Francesco (Rosa), Angelo (Meta), Tony (Madeleine) and her sisters Filomena and Nina. Angelina will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends as well as her relatives in Italy and the United States. A sincere thank you to all of the staff at Shalom Manor - Mapleview Nursing for all of their care and compassion. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St Catharines on Monday, March 29th from 2-4p.m. & 6-8p.m. Vigil Prayers will take place on Monday at 3p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Star of the Sea Church, 34 Elgin Street, St Catharines on Tuesday, March 30th at 10:30a.m. Burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Hospice Niagara or a Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all guest must call the funeral home to book an appointment time to attend the visitation.
