Obituary of Stella Slobodian
It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of a beautiful, strong-willed woman, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Stella Slobodian passed away peacefully on February 17th 2021 at the age of 82, surrounded by her loving family. She will be greatly missed by her children Teresa (Joe), Patricia, Helen (Ron) and Jerry (Lucy) and her grandchildren Bryan, Vanessa, Mariah, Kameron, Kandice, Justin and Somer and her eight great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by other family members and friends.
She was very passionate about cooking and feeding other people and she loved her fur and feather babies.
A special thank you to the kind staff at River Road Retirement Residence for making her feel at home.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. George Darte Funeral Home has been entrusted with making her funeral arrangements. Due to COVID-19, a private family gathering will be taking place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society.
